Shipping & Delivery- When you purchase from CalmCollections, the clothing will be delivered through one of the following methods.

 

1-2 Business days (Local delivery if applicable) 

2-4 Business days (Express shipping Canada) 

5-7 Business days (Canada) 

10-14 Business days (USA) 

 

Delivery will take place as soon as reasonably possible, depending on the delivery method selected. Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as the weather and unexpected closures at the post office. Please note that delivery times do not include weekends and statutory holidays. 

 

Subject to delivery cost may apply when purchasing. 

 

If you purchase goods from us for delivery to a destination outside Canada, your purchase may be subject to import duties and taxes. Calm Collections is not responsible for payments of future duties or taxes. Also, CalmCollections is not liable for any failure to complete payments. Please contact your local customs office for more information before making a purchase. 

 

When purchasing, customers are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the recipient's name. We are not liable for delivering your goods to the wrong address or wrong individual as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or misleading information.
